Union and Non-Union employees and small businesses all working together.
NAUOW exists to organize with and unite the working class everywhere, providing a united voice beyond any single company or industry. A voice that demands immediate, actionable, and measurable legislation and results from our representatives.
Why?
· Because workers need a voice in Washington.
· Because Corporate lobbyists shouldn’t get the only say.
· Because as individuals and unions we might get a little bit of a better deal in one industry, but united as a National voice we can demand change that benefits all of us.
· Because working together we can put real pressure on legislators and even lobby to get the conditions that we all need for ourselves and our families, not just in one company or industry, but for everyone everywhere.
· Because we do not want the government to take care of us. We want legislation and regulation that assures everyone an equal opportunity to provide for ourselves in a dignified manner.
· Because together we can demand that our tax money buys what we need. And that is our government’s protection of a free and FAIR marketplace where the value of our labor cannot continue to be stolen from us by banks and foreign governments constantly devaluing our savings, our wages, our money, and ultimately our very lives.
